Working with the “Adventure is Out There” Acrylic

It’s been a minute! Hope all is well and that you are enjoying the season you are in in your part of the world!

Today we are sharing the first creative team project with our June kit. This lovely 12x12 layout is from Becky Reams of @myhappycraftylife and her chosen color palette is beautiful. Let’s take a closer look at all the details.

“I’ve been sitting on this photo for a few years. For whatever reason I now and then have a photo that I put a lot of emotional weight on and it’s hard for me to scrapbook it because I need it to be perfect.”

“This was one of those photos, but when I saw this “Adventure Is Out There” piece in that beautiful light blue it all came together in my brain. The photo itself is a little blurry but it has such feeling to it; and combined with all the blues and greens from @shimelle’s “Field Trip” collection, that great title piece and some stamps from @studiocalico and it’s perfect for me.”

We love Becky’s gorgeous mix of green and blue hues and that gorgeous photo.
