SHIPPING INFORMATION
Thank you so much for ordering from me first and foremost! I wish I could get each and everyone of you your packages myself, but since that cannot happen, here are my shipping policies:
Once a package leaves the Color Cast Designs office and goes to the post office, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages. I wish that I could be, but I simply can’t be responsible for what happens with the post office. I will provide you a tracking number that you can absolutely use to track your package and also use to contact the post office should you have any problems. I cannot issue refunds due to the post office errors. You can absolutely reach out to me to check for returned packages.
In addition, all lost packages need to be reported within 30 days for the USA and 60 days for International. This is because after those time periods, I cannot file a claim for a lost package.
Shipping to The United Kingdom and The European Union is open for orders over $185 USD. Any orders under the $185 will be refunded and not shipped. Please note that your customs forms will state that the product is at least the $185.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Because of the nature of the shop, I do not accept Exchanges or Returns. Each product is cut to order on the laser with lots of care going into each and every product. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged item, please email me at jessica@colorcastdesigns.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item and I will either replace it or refund you depending on availability of said product. After the 7 days of receipt, no refunds or replacements can be made as products are only available for a short period of time.
