Absolutely Awesome Story

Hey friends,

Emma is back with another lovely project with an acrylic title from our July kit. This 12x12 layout includes flower ephemera and with gems that provide additional texture. Let’s take a closer look and get all the details from Emma.

“Hey Color Cast Fam, I'm here to share my layout using the 'Absolutely Awesome' acrylic title from the July kit, a title that can be used for so many occasions. Here I'm documenting my little girl with her football teamies & their support for each other is absolutely awesome!”

“To begin I mounted a 8x8 inch piece of white cardstock on top of my text patterned paper from the Cocoa Vanilla Studio 'Happy Days' collection, as I felt my photo got slightly lost in all the pattern. I outlined the 8x8 square with a black fine line pen to give it some definition.”

“I then placed my photo centrally & surrounded it with a whole heap of fussy cut flowers. I added the 'Absolutely Awesome' title below my photo, allowing the Absolutely part to overlap the bottom edge.”

“To finish I added my journalling & a sprinkling of gems in complimentary colours. What absolutely awesome moments do you have to document? Until next time, much love, Em x”
