Two holes are cut so that you can add binder rings to the covers. Please note that this sparkly acrylic has shades of green, red and glitter through it. It varies from sheet of acrylic to sheet of acrylic. Some pieces might have more of one color, some might be darker in color and some lighter. No two pieces will be the exact same. This acrylic is also more expensive that other acrylics, thus, each piece is more expensive.
