The Story of a Getaway

Our featured designer today is Ali Skifton, and she is sharing this super fun 12x12 layout with the “getaway” acrylic from our May acrylic kit. Ali’s project is the first to spotlight this kit. Now let’s hear all the details from Ali.

“Hello, Color Cast fans! This is Ali, @funadventureswithali, sharing a travel layout for the CCD design team. For my latest project, I incorporated the lovely green "Getaway" acrylic title to capture memories from our Alaskan cruise aboard the Norwegian Encore.”

“The vibrant green title beautifully complemented the playful and colorful designs of the Simple Stories "Pack Your Bags" collection, adding a fun and lively touch to my layout. I am absolutely smitten with the bright and cheerful colors that bring my travel memories to life!”

Ali created such a lovely background for her layout. We love the circles arranged in a horizontal band that bleeds off the left and right side of the page.
