It’s All About the Rainbows

On the CCD blog today, our creative team member Ashley Horton is sharing this bright and beautiful design featuring items from the January release which is still available in the shop.

Ashley notes, “I love to mix embellishments and add different textures to my projects. I used the fantastic wood veneer and rainbow acrylic from the February Everything Kit subscription for this Traveler's Notebook layout.”

“The base of my layout is a cut file and heart shaped photos. I used a digital collection for my papers and embellishments.”

“Then I layered the rainbow and wood veneer over the layout background to create interest.”

“I also mixed an alphabet stamp set with the wood veneer to create the title for my layout.”

The colorful layers shining out of the white space in Ashley’s layout give us all the happy rainbow feels. I’m not smiling, are you smiling?
