How to Create a Beautiful Layout with Our Escape Acrylic

Today guest designer Ashley Horton is sharing a new layout featuring our Escape acrylic piece from the May everything kit. Read on to learn how Ashley created this spread and chose her color palette. We love this awesome color combo!
“I love to pull colors from my photos when I'm working on a project, and I thought the Escape acrylic from this month's travel release would be perfect with the blue sky and water in my photos”
“I based my photo size on the acrylic piece and worked it all into a horizontal design across my TN layout. I was able to include more photos by creating a photo square with smaller sizes on the left hand side of the page.”
“And I wanted the photo on the right side of the page to be more of a focal photo, so I made it the same height as the acrylic piece. I also pulled some orange from the photo with other embellishments, and it is a great complementary color to the blue acrylic.”
