Documenting the Times We Gather Together

Hello CCD friends,

Today, we’re excited to share a project by our creative team member, Becky, featuring an acrylic piece from the October kit. Becky used the ‘gather together’ acrylic alongside a beautiful fall-themed paper collection to document a birthday celebration. We always love seeing Becky’s innovative and ‘out of the box’ ideas with our kits and scrapbooking collections!

“When I first saw this title, I thought “Thanksgiving” but as Thanksgiving is my absolute least favorite holiday, I rarely take any decent photos haha. Instead I decided to pair this gorgeous title piece from Color Cast Designs with this photo I took just last week of my family gathered together to celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday.”

“It was a quiet, small, and perfect little gathering. I couldn’t believe how perfectly the color of this title piece went with this older collection I had in my stash from Pinkfresh Studio. I’ve basically been hoarding this collection but not anymore, it goes so well with this entire release from CCD!”
