Truly, Madly, Deeply in Love with the Snow!

Greetings!

On the blog today we are showcasing a new project by creative team member Sarah. This lovely layout features one of the light pastel-colored acrylics from our January love song themed kits. Sarah chose “truly, madly, deeply” which is the title of a pop song released in 1997 by Savage Garden. They were an Australian duo and the song made it to #1 in several countries including the US. Now lets check out a few close-ups and learn more about the backstory of this layout from Sarah.

“I don't know about yall but we finally got snow!! And this collection and this acrylic piece from the January kit, ‘truly, madly, deeply,’ were perfect for this layout!! The cool was a fantastic match and the title too!! I know a lot of this release was meant for love and I used it as that too!”

“My girls absolutely love snow and we don't get it enough and they were over the moon that we had enough to play in!!”

I keep using the word sweet but it’s definitely an appropriate description of the layouts we are sharing this month including this snow story from Sarah.

Ok, so do you remember the lyrics of this song? They are pretty sweet too. I think what I remember most is the chorus. “I want to stand with you on a mountain, I want to bathe with you in the sea. I want to lay like this forever, until the sky falls down on me…”
