Summer’s Ice Cream Dreams

Hello CCD fans,

Ice cream is the perfect treat to cool down during those hot late summer days! Our creative team member, Ali Skifton, is sharing a layout documenting a sweet weekly summer tradition involving ice cream. It’s such a fun project. Let’s take a closer look.

“Greetings! This is Ali, @funadventureswithali, and I am thrilled to share one of my beloved summer activities with you as a member of the Color Cast Designs design team. A cherished tradition of ours is to go on motorcycle rides on Sundays and stop at various ice cream stands along the way. Imagine my delight when I received the title "Ice Cream Dreams" in the mail - it was the perfect embellishment to capture one of my latest favorite flavors, cotton candy!”

“For this project, I utilized paper and a die cut from Hip Kit Club. I creatively stitched together two scallop borders, inked them in my favorite hues, and they resembled a heavenly, fluffy cloud to me. To add to the charm, I included some adorable ice cream flair from Scrappin Happy Studio! Here's to sweet ice cream dreams! Ali XO”
