“Outside the Pocket” Double Page Designs with October Kits

Hello CCD friends,

We adore traveler’s notebook layouts, and this is especially true of designs created “outside the pocket.” Creative team member Ashley makes eye catching full two-page designs in her life crafted albums and we have a lovely spread to share with you today.

“I love that the October Everything Kit is still in Fall mode! I wanted to pair the Thankful acrylic with a mix of the acrylic and wood veneer leaves.”

“When I think of Fall leaves, I always think of them blowing in the wind and that inspired my design for this layout. I created a circle shape with my photos and embellishments to make it look like the leaves were moving around the page.”

“I grabbed a cereal bowl and traced it onto my background paper, then covered the line with all of the elements I used on my layout. It was fun mixing in some different embellishments with the acrylic and wood veneers leaves, to create different dimensions on my layout.”
