Documenting What You Love About the People You Cherish

Hello crafty friends,

We are featuring this interactive design from our February guest, Suzanna Lee and she is using our Love acrylic from the February everything kit.

Two of my favorites on a scrapbook layout are large photos and interactive elements. Check and check!

This Love acrylic from Color Cast Designs in perfect for the title of my page, Five Things I Love About You AND for securing the interactive element to the page. By applying liquid adhesive only to the bottom third of the acrylic, there is room to tuck the photo flap underneath the top 1/3.

This layout actually tells two stories. First, 5 things I love about about my husband while trying to keep those things relevant to the photo. More Valentinesy, lovey. Second, the story that will remain private, which will be under the photo/flap, about the time the photo was taken, Thanksgiving. Held securely hidden by the CCD acrylic.

Don't the fun curves of the acrylic font work well in soften the linear lines of the layout? Love me some CCD embellishments!
