Documenting the Simple Pleasures in Life

I love white on white designs and that’s how I decided to use the “simple pleasures” acrylic. This story represents a milestone in my husband’s health journey but achievements don’t need to be complex to count.

That’s the thought that went through my head when I took the acrylic out of its package. It took a few minutes for me to remove the colored letters and try the piece on a white background.

Ultimately I chose to add iridescent texture paste to the back the word “simple” which I traced and fussy cut.

Because it’s all white on white, my imperfect fussy cutting is not as noticeable. I really enjoy customizing embellishments for my stories.
