Documenting Our Everyday Stories

Hello CCD friends,

Today’s blog post is about documenting those magical stories of everyday life. Creative team member Tai is sharing a 6x8 double-page layout with an acrylic title from the February kit and she explains the details of how this project came together in her album.

“Hello my creative friends! Today’s layout I am featuring the ‘Everyday Story’ piece from this month’s release. I paired it with a story prompt page from Ali Edwards, to document an enjoyable morning.”

“I took my daughter to the park and when she was done we sat and drew nature. There was a pond with trees and ducks and then we drew the park itself. She’s really into drawing lately so I thought the activity was perfect to keep us outside a bit more.”

“I made a collage of photos in an app and printed it to fit outside a page protector using the Print to Size app. I was able to add my journaling with matte clear sticker paper and lightly embellished the photo. A great story to have in my 6x8 story album.”
