Documenting a Day in the Life with Acrylics

Hello CCD friends,

Today on the blog we are sharing the opening pages for CT member Robin’s “day in the life” album. She used several acrylics from past kits as well as one from the new March everything kit.

Robin added the love acrylic to a piece of acetate which protects the opening page.

She created a template for the photos and quotes that sit behind the openings in this cardstock page. Turning the page, we see Robin’s journaling and one of the new acrylics in the March everything kit as the layout title.

Robin added some texture behind the acrylic by stitching the heart and laying the “beautiful chaos” acrylic on top. The final introduction design includes the “my story” acrylic from the February everything kit. Robin used it as the title for the journaling introducing the pups in her story.

More stitching on a fussy cut heart adds texture to the title of this layout as well.
