Choosing an Acrylic Title Based on Color

Hello friends,

CT member Shu-Wen created this awesome layout with acrylics from the March everything kit and a flip-up. She chose her acrylic title because of its color and included additional items from past releases. So, why did Shu-Wen pick the green Oh Yeah acrylic for this layout?

Shu-Wen explains, “I decided to use the green "Oh Yeah" acrylic with the heart acrylic from this month's kit to document our 2 year dating anniversary photos from last year because green is my boyfriend's favorite color (and because there was so much green in my photos, between our outfits and the greenery in the background), and because I LOVE the little details in that acrylic heart piece so much!”

“I also backed the "Love" wood veneer with some patterned paper to accentuate the heart cut-out and used that piece as a tab for my interactive flip-up!”

Shu-Wen’s flip up with the wood veneer tag from our shop is a great example of how to incorporate lots of photos without overwhelming the viewer. Now let’s look at Sh-Wen’s process for this layout.
