A Little Stash Busting Idea Embellished with July Kit Items

Hello friends,

Today we are sharing this pretty traveler’s notebook sized design from creative team member Shu-Wen. She created her layout with items from the July kit and just a few items from her stash. This idea is simple, lovely, and easy to repeat.

“I love the bright colors in this month's acrylic pieces, the reds and oranges matched perfectly with some floral patterned paper I had in my stash!

The small heart acrylic is supposed to be the dot in the "i" in the word "cherish", but I decided to place it at the end of the word instead to avoid obscuring too much of my photo.

I paired these acrylic pieces from a couple of leftover heart wood veneer pieces from last month's kit to document a fun-filled Family Day dinner! Love how the neutral tones of the wood veneer help to tone down the bright colors of the patterned paper and acrylic pieces!”
