A Colorful Idea for Customizing Your Wood Veneer Embellishments

We’ve got another amazing 12x12 layout from our October guest designer. This super fun Halloween themed design features some of the wood veneer pieces in the October everything kit. Mary-Ann is sharing how she customized them for this spread.

“Did you know that you can manipulate and color the wood veneer? I did not! Until I decided to try and color the title 'This Happened.' “I started with black, a little over halfway through realized that I wanted other colors too! So, I blended pink with black to get a title that brings out the touches of pink in my papers.”

“I colored the other small pieces with orange, to create little sentiments around my layout! I love how it they turned out! You should try!”
